Volgens Mueller heeft de minister van justitie de conclusie uit het rapport niet helemaal correct weergegeven, dat er geen enkele reden is om Trump niet te vervolgen.
Gaat niet om samenzwering maar waarschijnlijk het onderzoek tegenwerken(obstructie) waar medewerkers van Trump geen gevolg aan gaven. Er is geen obstructie gepleegd maar Trump wilde dat wel doen uit frustratie.
Is een menselijke reaktie n.a.v van de ongekende hetze van de Democraten tegen de president na zijn verkiezingsoverwinning.

en de basis voor je claim 'er is geen obstructie gepleegd' is wat precies?

Mueller schreef Barr een brief. Die brief geeft een iets ander beeld dan Barr ons vervolgens vertelde. En geeft ook aan dat Barr loog. De reden voor de leugns en de spin? Wie weet. (zie ook bericht A.K, May 1 14:39 ;) )

Counter Intelligence updates

De inlichtingendienst gaf regelmatige updates over de ontwikkelingen aangaande de Russische inmenging tijdens de verkiezingen. Echter nadat Comey (Hoofd CIA) was ontslagen in mei 2017 kwamen er geen updates meer.

De Intelligence Committees van het Huis en van de Senaat werden ingelicht. Een aantal leden van deze Committees, 4 Democraten en 4 Republikeinen kregen deze top secret informatie. Uiterste geheimhouding was vereist. Men noemde deze leden de Gang of Eight.

Het is een publiek geheim dat Devin Nunes (republikein) deze informatie zou hebben gelekt naar de President.
Ook Burr(republikein) zou dit mogelijk hebben gedaan.

In ieder geval na Mei 2017 geen Counter Intelligence updates meer.
Sinds de inauguratie van Trump in Januari 2017 tot 3 januari 2018 waren de Voorzitters van beide Intelligence Committees Republikein. Per 3 januari 2018 is de voorzitter van Huis intelligence Committee een Democraat en voorzitter van Senaat intelligence Committee een Republikein.

Adam Schiff wil opheldering hebben waarom er geen Counter Intelligence updates meer kwamen.

House Judiciary heeft copy van de brief van Robert Mueller aan Barr ontvangen.
Hierin staat dat Mueller het niet eens is met de summary van 4 pagina's van het Mueller rapport van William Barr.

Former Marine general and all. No way the rest of us could get away with that. So you praise, while the world watches, and the web gets tighter.

Next comes Mr. Trump attacking institutions and values you hold dear — things you have always said must be protected and which you criticized past leaders for not supporting strongly enough. Yet you are silent. Because, after all, what are you supposed to say? He’s the president of the United States.

You feel this happening. It bothers you, at least to some extent. But his outrageous conduct convinces you that you simply must stay, to preserve and protect the people and institutions and values you hold dear. Along with Republican members of Congress, you tell yourself you are too important for this nation to lose, especially now.

You can’t say this out loud — maybe not even to your family — but in a time of emergency, with the nation led by a deeply unethical person, this will be your contribution, your personal sacrifice for America. You are smarter than Donald Trump, and you are playing a long game for your country, so you can pull it off where lesser leaders have failed and gotten fired by tweet.

Of course, to stay, you must be seen as on his team, so you make further compromises. You use his language, praise his leadership, tout his commitment to values.

And then you are lost. He has eaten your soul.
