Nog steeds niemand in Vulcan Energy Resources?
Ik mag eerlijk aangeven, dat dit tot op heden 1 van mijn pareltjes is in mijn portefeuille afgelopen termijn.......
Mijn koersdoel ligt boven de 1 euro++ binnen 12 maanden, wat volgens mij haalbaar moet zijn naar aanleiding van de te verwachten nieuws flow dit jaar.
Tot op dit moment worden aandeelhouders in ieder geval steeds getrakteerd op regelmatige updates.
Maar..... zoals altijd...... doe uw eigen onderzoek voordat u instapt!

Lijkt inderdaad op een pareltje. ik zit nu bij de Giro en daar kan ik dit aandeel niet kopen. Bij welke broker zit je?

Ik heb meerdere beleggingsaccounts, maar Vulcan Energy Resources heb ik in dit geval bij deGiro gekocht op de beurs in Frankfurt.
Frankfurt voor dit aandeel geen verkeerde keus, omdat toch mijn verwachting is, dat dit verder zal gaan als Duits bedrijf in de toekomst als de ontwikkelingen zo positief blijven.

PS...... zie inderdaad dat dit aandeel in de zoekfunctie niet meer verschijnt, maar ik heb hem wel bij deGiro in portefeuille (zichtbaar) staan. Wellicht kunt u even informeren waarom deze niet te koop is. (Misschien een storing?)

BMW Group Commissions Study on Sustainable Lithium Extraction

The BMW Group is continuing its efforts to achieve sustainable supply chains and has commissioned two renowned American universities to conduct a scientific analysis of water consumption in the lithium extraction process. The aim of the University of Alaska-Anchorage and University of Massachusetts-Amherst study will be to investigate the impacts of lithium extraction on the hydrologic environment in Latin America. BASF SE contributes to finance the study. Both companies, BMW Group and BASF SE, are already working successfully together with other partners in the “Cobalt for Development” project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

As the earth’s lightest metal, lithium is used in manufacturing batteries, ceramics, glass and aluminium, among other items. Lithium is also an essential raw material for producing lithium-ion batteries and plays a key role in vehicle electrification.

Two thirds of the world’s lithium reserves are found in Latin America. However, there has so far been a lack of scientific research into how lithium extraction impacts the region. The BMW Group intends to fill this gap with the study it has commissioned.

The final results of the study should be available in the first half of 2022 and will include a five-tier rating system. This rating is designed to provide companies with better guidance on sustainable lithium extraction in Latin America.

The BMW Group is sourcing lithium for its fifth-generation high-voltage batteries itself and making it available to its battery cell supply chains. The company currently sources its Lithium feedstock from Australian mines that use hard rock mining to extract the material.

The condition for the BMW Group to enter into supply contracts with additional Lithium suppliers is that lithium extraction meets the BMW Group’s high sustainability standards, and that the companies get certified by the Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance (IRMA). The study commissioned by the company should provide additional information in this context.

Ik ben deze draad zojuist gaan volgen. Kende Vulcan nog niet,was een mooie buy geweest.. Heb al een aantal jaar aandelen in Lithium/Cobalt/Nickel miners, de meeste stonden/staan tot voor kort op verlies.

Volg ook Matt Bohlsen op SeekingAlpha die zeer gedetailleerde analyses doet op veel miners.

Core Lithium is net ontploft.

Deze week het bericht dat Rock Tech Lithium (RCK.V), een mijnbedrijfje in Canada met hard rock lithium, een fabriek gaat bouwen in het Duitse Bitterfeld om hun lithium te processen naar battery grade lithium. Enkele miljardairs steunen dit idee en hebben een positie ingenomen.

Phu dat zijn nog eens bewegingen. Vind het nieuws van de fabriek an sich niet zo heel speciaal. Minder dependency op China maar ze moeten er nog wel mee concurreren?

Zo'n fabriek opzetten en goed laten werken is een zeer moeizame gebeurtenis.

Ik vermoed dat hun lithiummijn ook nog lang niet klaar is.

AMG is hier ook allang mee bezig, maar we horen niks meer.
