Tercica, Inc. (TRCA) filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond division alleging Insmed Incorporated (INSM) violated the Lanham Act and related statutes relating to false advertising and unfair competition. This action was taken after the presiding Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, dismissed on June 9, 2006 Tercica’s complaint for the same violations on the basis that she could not exercise jurisdiction over Insmed, which is based in Virginia. Her ruling also indicated that the complaint should establish that the requisite false statements were disseminated to consumers of Increlex™, e.g., the physicians who purchase and prescribe Increlex, rather than solely to investors. Tercica’s re-filing adds new allegations of false and misleading advertising that Insmed disseminated specifically to pediatric endocrinologists.

Koers wordt toch flink ondersteund op 1.42 met een bied van 29k2. Nog niet eerder gezien.

Er lijkt werkelijk geen einde aan te komen.Overdag neemt de waarde van je europese aandelen met een razendsnel tempo af en s'avonds gaat amerika vrolijk verder.Wat een ellende momenteel..

Kwestie van tijd. Nu te veel onzekerheid. Koers wordt even hoger gezet om bied te creeren en dan kan er weer gedumpt worden. Let op de laatste minuut.

Goedenavond, ben blij dat ik niet weer de hele avond heb zitten te kijken. Wat is er toch aan de hand zeg? Volgens mij maken ze gewoon gretig gebruik van de onzekerheid die in de markt zit op dit moment. Ik zou zeggen rustig afwachten dan maar.
