-5% met niet al te hoge omzet. Benieuwd wat hier gebeurd als er grote aantallen gaan rollen...

Zit iemand aandelen te vangen van wat angstige beleggers?

Ik denk nog steeds dat de omslag wel komt. Als weet ik nu niet meer zo zeker of dat vandaag nog zich voltrekt.

zo is dat. even afwachten tot donderdag. mij lijkt duidelijk dat €2 - 2,20 een stevige bodemformatie is en dat het opwaarts potentieel veel en veel groter is. je moet gewoon geduld hebben bij dit aandeel...

ik denk dat je de juiste beslissing hebt gemaakt :-)

Wanneer ik de verzamelde persberichten alhier lees (waarvoor dank , is de conclusie helder ;

Illumina lijdt onder de toenemende concurrentie en vecht iedereen aan waarmee de aandacht wordt afgeleid van de eigen problemen.

Onderstaand de regels uit het persbericht bloomberg die veelzeggend zijn;

"Hier blijkt uit dat de samenwerking die Esperite heeft met Fischer Technologies, Inkaryo & Premaitha", bij Illumina gevoeld worden.

Tweede verwijzing dat Esperites genoma (centraal lab in Zwitserland) aan de omzet en succesformule van Illumina knabbelt). Leering is een gespecialiseerde analystenfirma.

Ik zeg; Genoma\Esperite is goed bezig en ze worden door "de Big guys" gezien als een lastige luis in de pels.

Op de premaiths site kan je in hun persbericht van 19 april zien, dat ook zij in duurzaam gevecht zijn met Illumina , doch dat ook Premaitha hier beter performed dan Illumina.

De AvA kon dit jaar wel eens een "meer dan interessante variant zijn"dan gemiddeld de AvA voorstelt. Amar zegt niet veel, doch wat hij zegt lijkt raak te zijn ; bulls eye.

Blijkbaar beint Illumina dat ook in te zien.

Ik zeg "koop"en handhaaf mijn bullish visie op Esperite.

@aextracker, dank voor het uitpluizen en vertalen van de diverse stukken. Vooral het eerder lezen van het persbericht van Premaith over het 'gevecht' tussen Genoma en Illumina kwam mijn mening in dezelfde richting als jouw verwoording hierboven. Alleen heb ik dat niet durven verwoorden op dit forum.

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Illumina is suing Swiss non-invasive prenatal testing firm Genoma for patent infringement.

On behalf of its fully-owned, NIPT-focused subsidiary Verinata Health, Illumina has filed suit against Genoma in Switzerland's Federal Patent Court. In a statement, Illumina said it is seeking all available remedies including damages and injunctive relief.

Illumina asserts that Genoma is infringing upon four European patents covering the use of cell-free fetal DNA for NIPT. Genoma's Tranquillty NIPT service is based on Premaitha Health's Iona Test, using next-generation sequencing to analyze cell-free DNA from maternal blood.

Since the beginning of 2015, Illumina has filed numerous lawsuits against companies in Europe alleging patent infringement. It has sued both Premaitha and Roche subsidiary Ariosa Diagnostics, which offers the Harmony NIPT test, along with several companies that offer NIPT services based on either the Iona test or the Harmony test.

And Illumina may not be finished filing such lawsuits. "We will continue to monitor activities in the NIPT field and file suits where appropriate to protect our substantial investments in this technology covered by our intellectual property," Illumina Senior VP and General Counsel Charles Dadswell said in a statement.

Lijkt me dat hier sprake is van een "branche specifiek beleid" om patantvalue maximaal uit te testen qua reikwijdte en de grijze grensvlakken uit te nutten vor een "patentcheck."

Kan heel veel waard zijn in een business die geschat wordt op $ 27 Mrd omzet. Je zou zeggen "genoeg plek voor meerderë aanbieders".

In ieder geval hebben ze er met de rechtzaak voor gezorgd, dat de koers van Esperite afgelopen vrijdag ipv omhoog omlaag is gegaan.
Moet bij positieve outlook toch wel 'n flinke extra boost geven....

De koers van Esperite zal Illumina "een rotzorg" zijn.

Illumina is sec. bezig om zoveel mogelijk concurrenten langs de juridische weg op patent inbreuken aan te vechten.

Dit doen ze wsl. in de hoop dat er enkele gevechten gewonnen worden en zo intern en extern bewezen kan worden , en concurrenten hun tests moeten aanpassen.
Het leidt tot afleiding en vergroot bovendien de kans dat er daardoor ook meer groei aan de horizon gloort.

Het is in feite een zwaktebod van Illumina en een teken dat de combi Fischer Technologies, Premaitha, Inkaryo, waarmee Esperite o.a. Tranquility ontwikkelden en in de markt zetten, meer potentieel heeft dan voorzien.

Op basis van de door Esperite geintroduceerde metafoor luidt de uitkomst mogelijk tot het benatwoorden van de vraag in 2018 ; Hoe werd David een Goliath ?

Als dat besef er komt en Esperite komt met een hoopvolle outlook zal dat de koers van Esperite dan weer 'n extra boost geven.
