approval launch rechtszaak, 3,3..2,8 30c stijging, nagenoeg 120 dgn MIN, 20dgn PLUS, gewonnen rechtszaak, PB. update pipe, sales.. insider buying, verplaatsing rechtszaak... min min min min...... het lijkt wek de deerhunter....martelgang....... maar die mannen kwamen los uit de kooi.....ik zeg fokem, ze brengen de koers in 2 stappen strakjes eerst boven de 2 en vervolgens naar de 3,8 basta!!!!! hehehehehehe

Court Dismisses Baseless Unfair Business Practices Lawsuit That Was Brought Against Insmed
RICHMOND, Va., Jun 13, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Insmed Incorporated (Nasdaq:INSM): On June 9, 2006, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (Judge Saundra Brown Armstrong) granted Insmed's Motion to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Tercica, Inc. in the case Tercica, Inc. vs. Insmed Incorporated. The Complaint, filed and amended in December 2005, alleged violations of the California Business and Professions Code and the federal Lanham Act for allegedly false and misleading statements made by Insmed. In dismissing the Complaint, the Court ruled, among other things, that Tercica had not met its burden of establishing that the alleged statements made by Insmed constitute "false advertising", or that the Court had jurisdiction over Insmed in this case and that the venue was proper. Further, by dismissing Tercica's complaint without leave to amend, the Court recognized that the deficiencies in Tercica's lawsuit cannot be cured by filing another lawsuit against Insmed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Insmed previously notified Tercica that Insmed would seek fees and costs related to Tercica's baseless lawsuit. Given the Court's ruling, Insmed will pursue this option.

vindt wel dat jullie wel twijfelachtig over komen de laaste mnd,
Insmed komt er wel,nu gewoon plukken bijkopen(als dat mogelijk is)en geduld hebben,zolang je niet verkoopt heb je ook geen verlies,ach papier verlies zegt op de LT niks.

tuurlijk zie ik ook graag de koers omhoog gaan na een aantal mooie pb,maar zie er ook de voordelen van,dat de twijfellaars er nu uit stappen en wij ze kunnen oppikken voor een prikkie.

De koersdaling wordt n.m.m. op dit moment teveel toegespitst op het circus rond INSM / TRCA terwijl de kleine beurscrash die thans gaande is hier te weinig aandacht krijgt. Vergeet niet dat veel beleggers aan de zijlijn zitten of tijdelijk uitstappen in afwachting van betere tijden. Goed gepresenteerde cijfers en/of suplieme vooruitzichten zoals ook bij INSM doen er op zo´n moment even niet toe. Het wachten is op de ommekeer van het algehele beurssentiment. Neemt niet weg dat tussentijdse publicaties, die we op korte termijn kunnen verwachten de koers een positieve impuls kunnen geven.
Door publicatie(s)reeds ruimschoots voraf op data vast te leggen wat bij INSMED regelmatig het geval is speel je de grote belegger lekker in de kaart. Thans is het dus vrij eenvoudig om de koers tot plusminus de 24e a.s. te manipuleren.

Lazard verwacht dat TRCA weer zal verliezen!

Tercica is "trying to chase them in their home court, and I think that this unfair business practices lawsuit is just a way to kind of strangle Insmed," said Matthew S. Osborne, an analyst at Lazard Capital Markets LLC in New York who follows both firms.

He believes the Richmond suit will be dismissed, as was the California case. Lazard places a buy rating on Insmed and a hold on Tercica.

Volgens mij zal toch eerst het volume weer boven de 1 miljoen/dag moeten komen voor een gedegen stijging. Het zal toch echt wachten worden tot een IBer er genoeg van heeft. Wat wel elk moment kan gebeuren...
