Maar kennelijk stonden er bij die uitgang een aantal mensen gereed die over de macht en kennis beschikten, voor opvang te zorgen.
Bekend is, dat er in de VS ongeveer 180,000 mensen zijn met NOH in PD. Hiervan gebruiken 80.000 het dubieuze Midodrine. De rest doet het met minder.
Als we nu uitgaan van de voorspelling van CHTP, dat over 3 tot 5 jaar een omzet van 300 tot 375 miljoen bereikt wordt, dan valt bij een vastgestelde prijs van $ 30.- per dag (accoord Medicare) ofwel $ 11.000.- per jaar te berekenen dat circa 27.300 clienten nodig zijn voor een omzet van $ 300 miljoen en ongeveer 34.000 clienten voor een omzet van $ 375 miljoen.
Ze willen met 85 vertegenwoordigers de gehele VS bewerken. Het moet toch mogelijk zijn, dat die gasten de internisten zodanig bewerken, dat ze 320 á 400 deelnemers per persoon in vijf jaar tijds kunnen verwerven?
Een aandelenprijs, die neerkomt op 4 á 6 maal de omzet geeft een minimale koers van 15 aan, maar ook mogelijkheden boven de 20. Te meer omdat droxidopa voor Fibro tegen die tijd aanleunt tegen een einde van fase 3. Ook RA (4051) is, eventueel met partner, dan weer vijf jaar verder.

Geschreven in vorig stukje "internisten". Moet uiteraard zijn "neurologen".
Gaat inmiddels wat beter met mij. Donderdag bij de neuroloog op controlebezoek.
Op Yahoo is een baissier bezig, een dikke onwaarheid te verspreiden. Hij heeft het over een hoge "discount". Dat is zeker niet zo. Vical hanteerde b.v.een dubbele discount.
Naast het toch wel zeer dubieuze voortraject van CHTP moet het niet erger gemaakt worden dan het is.

Aantal aandelen vóór emissie: 61.850.000
Emissie: 4.338.500 + 650.775 = 4.989.275 (bij volledige toewijzing)
--> Aantal aandelen ná emissie: 66.839.275
--> Verwatering: 4.989.275 ./. 66.839.275 = 7,46%.

Schade valt inderdaad mee, ik had richting $ 4,75 verwacht, de emissiekoers.
Men accepteert de verwatering dus.
De 4.989.275 nieuwe aandelen zullen wel bij "bevriende relaties" zijn geplaatst die mogen meeliften richting de koers na goedkeuring Northera.
Chique is het niet, daar blijf ik bij, maar met mijn armzalige promillage van het aandelentotaal heb ik het maar te accepteren.
Ik wacht de goedkeuring af, en verkoop dan, niet alles, maar zodanig dat ik gratis verder meespeel.
Komt de goedkeuring er niet, dan kunnen we dit forum maar beter opheffen.

(Nasdaq:CHTP) has completed its previously announced underwritten public offering of 4,989,275 shares of common stock, including 650,775 shares issued pursuant to the underwriters exercise in full of their over-allotment option, at a public offering price of $4.75 per share. Exercise of the over-allotment option increases the net proceeds to the company, after underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, from approximately $19.2 million to $22.1 million.

Chelsea intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund its droxidopa programs, including regulatory, commercialization and marketing activity for Northera™ (droxidopa), to fund its study of CH-4051 for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, to fund development of its other product candidates and for general corporate purposes.

De nasleep van de uitgifte van nieuwe aandelen laat zich nog steeds voelen.
Met de huidige omzetten zijn we daarvan vrij snel af, lijkt mij.
Gisteren bijvoorbeeld om 20.23 uur (Ned.tijd) een post van 200.000 aandelen op 4.75, terwijl de koers op dat moment 4.70 was.
Lijkt mij een aankoop van een institutionele belegger uit het voorraadje van de emittent.
Fundamenteel is er niets veranderd. Ik blijf onder de daling gewoon rustig en zal bij een geschikte koers nog een laatste beetje kopen.
We zijn nu minder dan een maand verwijderd van het eerste te verwachten bericht.

Avondhandel naar $ 4.49.
Na de uitgifte onder de vorige shelf, waarvan we wat naweeen hebben ondervonden (overigens pas een jaar na ontstaan van de shelf!!)zetten ze nu een nieuwe shelf op voor $ 100 miljoen, die ze pas geheel of deels oprapen, als er weer geldbehoefte zou ontstaan.
Onder die shelf kunnen ze uitgiftes doen in allerlei vorm, ook eventueel obligaties.
Dat laatste is zo gek nog niet, omdat ook voorraden en debiteuren gefinancierd moeten worden.
Ik denk, dat de goedkeuring van droxidopa (Northera) zeker tot stand komt en dat men op het succes wil voortborduren, door de ontwikkeling van droxidopa t.b.v. fibromialgie en adhd te versnellen. Daarnaast zal ook de aandacht voor RA(4051) toenemen.
Kortom: een mooie toekomst.
Ik laat mij dus niet beetnemen door degenen die in de nu aangekondigde shelf een baisse-factor zien.
