I think to call anyone a cheat in this game is irrisponsible,the name of the game is to look for a good return if advertently you spot a cheap stock and buy,it means you are following the market and know the true value,true forget prizes lets see who is more observant in december,can any one become a virtual millionair.

Some people dont have time to be "observant" in a virtual world.
Cheating is cheating, i wouldnt cheat someone of real money and that is who i am.
Ive as you call "observed" these stocks, and i am not interested.
some people use this a tool to learn about the stock market, and its better to fail here than it is to fail with real stocks.
I dont htink cheating is a good way of learning, do you?

are you for real how the heck u ment to know virtual trader has messed the share price up untill after you`ve brought the share look how cable n wireless dropped we know why now but at the time it could have been virtual trader putting the wrong price again u must be a proper dip if u think i cheated on purpose and i know 4 a fact u didnt c alliance share else u would have brought them to is was only that price 4 about half an hour and many times ive brought shares from the biggest losser of the day and sold short on the highest earner makes sense so dont go thinking ur better than anyone else taking the moral high ground giving it the i just wanna learn mallarky aint no forum on real stocks mate and in real life if u get a bit of inside info u use it and u wouldnt be calling it cheating thats life. and on this..GAME..the trader is never at fault always the site please feel free to disagree but u know im right!

you make a fair point about C&W dropping but do you really think a share dropping to nothing then jumping back up 600% a few hours later is natural? lol you wouldn't put everything you can into a share that is dropping that fast if it was doing it naturally! you would at least check to see what is causing that share to drop.

I'm not judging anyone, because I did it myself! but it's just a game!

Thats a fair point.

Lynchy im not taking the moral high ground, im telling the truth, just because you and some other people would gain in this way, dont try to compare everyone like that.

Inside information, if not publicly published, is illegal, so again, no, i definently would not be acting upon that, to be honest id probably report it to FSA.

Inside information can lead to bad times for the normal investor, and instability in the markets. Why should a couple of persons greed be allowed to hurt many others.

Yes its very hard to say someone is cheating - not his fault if the software fouls up.

I am a grumoy old ***** though on this sjort selling lark. You are meant to have 2x cover for short sales (as it would be in the real world) but they allow twice that. Mr Bitter & Twisted here !! :) I would have won about 3/4 months ago if the site had applied its own rules. Made load of posts/queries about it and no response.

Still think as I posted months ago we will see FTSE at 4000 beforewe see 6000. THat wa slooking a bit dicey a few weeks ago but I think the realities of just how dire things are is starting to sink in!

In that scenario, its very easy to say hes cheating.

But yes, it must happen to people with no intent at all.

where did i say that? have a look at my transaction history every trade is legite apart from alliance ive never looked to cheat i just said sometimes i buy the biggest loser of the day hopping it will go up the next day not saying im right but its always worth a gamble thats all shares are a form of gambling so algerbra queen stop trying to put me down all the time u aint nowt special ur on the wrong game for morals think all them millionaires are legite the whole worlds corrupt m8 get in the game. join the rat race its what makes the world go round every man 4 himself and to the rest of ya i agree completley thats why ive decided to give the game up goodluck to all remember buy low sell high lol

inside info leads to people not trusting there monet managers etcetc.
People sell there stocks off, which causes further falls in an unstable market.
