ING announced today that, in line with the launch of its €380 million share buyback programme announced on 6 May 2022, the company has repurchased 7,193,987 shares during the week of 4 July 2022 up to and including 8 July 2022.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of €9.19 for a total amount of €66,132,231.91. For detailed information on the daily repurchased shares, individual share purchase transactions and weekly reports, see the ING website at www.ing.com/investorrelations.

The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 32,379,555 ordinary shares at an average price of €9.52 for a total consideration of €308,101,970.74. To date approximately 81.08% of the maximum total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
