Today I bought some stocks and within a small amount of time the value increased by 2.5% so I decided to sell, but within the 15 minute delay period the price fell back down again, how come it doesn't sell for the price at the time I wanted to sell and rather sell for the price at the end?

Mr. Londen (Lendon isn't a name, so I assume you made a typo; idiot),

A 2.5% value rise is muchos impressive, so I doth applaud thy trading aptitude...not.

The 15 minute delay is an issue with our servers, namely that we don't actually have any. We whore off someone else's servers, so our response times vary from 15 minutes to 11 years - you got our optimal response.

If you want faster response times, the solution - go to any non-IEX affiliated website.
