A competitior bought 1000 shares in AstraZenecaPlc a week ago at a price of 0.69. The price is now 4500. At no point was the actual share price 0.69. I wonder if anyone else has had this error. It means that this person will win the competition rather unfairly.

I agree.
After contacting the support I received this answer:

I honestly don't know why his return is that high, but when I check Yahoo Finance, the stock price seems correct (perhaps showed with some delay)
