Trades "Disappeared"

Hi all...
I opened an account here on Saturday 14th, and last night I loaded up my first set of "buy" instructions. It was after the markets had closed and each of the 5 transactions went to "wait" status.

I realised I had made a mistake on the first instruction [allowing it to default to the get the best price over a period of days], so I canceled that one and replaced it with an "immediate execute" instruction.

Back from work tonight and all 5 trades have disappeared. They are no longer listed in "wait" state, but my portfolio tells me that I still have £100,000 in credit and not trades processed.

I'm sorry, but being a newbie I've checked around and can't find anything else. Tonight I saw the post about "only one process per day" but that doesn't explain where my 5 purchase orders went.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

The kicker is that every stock went up today! Argh...

Thanks in Advance

Dear Sproggit,

Did you choose 1 day order for your trade? Because those orders will expire at the end of the day around 12:01 am.

For example:
If you buy stocks and choose the 'one day trade' at 11:00 PM, they expire an hour later and will be removed from your list.

Kind regards,
