trades still "waiting"

how are you meant to play a game where the trades don't go through, meanwhile they are going up and down and I cant do anything about it :/

Dear investors,

We are experiencing some problems with processing the trades on time, due to a data malfunction. The trades are being processed once a day.
Our apologies for the inconvenience, we are doing our best to fix this as soon as possible. We expect to have all the problems solved at the end of this month.

I was finding the same challenge on the trading competition. Last month i found my trades were taking in one instance 3 days to clear. it was processed on day 3. some i cancelled.
I'm happy to leave my trades in the competition as is this month. I figured they will move in the next week or so so I've not touched them this month at all. I found it strange you couldnt email anyone to inform them so i've left !
Must admit this is the first time i've used the forum.

If you have problems with your trades, you can send an e-mail to our support: support@virtualtrader.co.uk.
Make sure you check our Frequent Asked Questions (FAQ) section first, because maybe the answer is already there.
