Very bad programming or incompetent staff?

Leon-
I sent your office an email last week requesting an answer to the question as to why values displayed in my account were being completely misrepresented.
I included screen shots of the false information represented with my email so there is no reason to assume a misunderstanding of the situation.
Virtual Trader states emails are answered in approxiamately 3 days however I have not yet recieved any form of correspondence.
I would expect a courtious response even if you cannot identify the cause of the problem. I have attached the above mentioned document again for your reference.

Because of the reset of your portfolio I can, unfortunately, not see where/if something went wrong in the transaction history.

Please keep in mind that the stockprizes have a delay of approximately 15 minutes. Also the revenue in the lists are delayed, so the revenue in your portfolio is the most recent one.

Kevin , that is a weak excuse.

I sent you the data on a printed attached document so you have access to the information.
It is not difficult to look at the figures on that document and see that the figures shown by your virtual trading system do not represent actual trading figures at all.
The stocks have not moved in a whole year as much as your program said they moved overnight, so the excuses you made were very poor.
I think it is very lazy of you to just say its to hard and you can't look into it.

I can understand problems with the program, I can't understand people to lazy to get to the bottom of it.

Still no response by the 16th of April- I guess they are just lazy!
