Shares did not sell!

Yesterday I sold all my remaining shares in my portfolio to cash out on a market up swing. My profit was over 4,000. The shares I sold are highlighted in red and have a negative sign next to them. But in the return section they are still showing a negative return of over 1,000 and a % loss today. Why would this be if I sold hem yesterday. It looks like they are still trading!

I don't understand this. The portfolio also says it cannot sell my remaining 500 shares as it will be 25% over my available cash. But I'm selling so why should that matter?

My portfolio was up 3.85% yesterday so I cashed out all my shares but today is telling me 500 remain, the shares I sold are still showing a trading deficit and my overall value is down to -2.22% today with 500 shares remaining on my books!

Any ideas what's going on!?

Today, my portfolio still shows a 1.27% gain for today bit all my shares are sold. What is happening here?

Dear Philionaire,

It seems that you went short on your stocks. This would also explain your other problems.
