what is this ">25% Portf" suppose to mean, and what should i do??

As part of the competition league, one of the rules is that you can't purchase more than 25% of the value of your portfolio on any one stock.

It used to be you could do it (then find you were ineligible for the competition that month) but they've now fixed it so it tells you when you try to make the trade. So, if you're new and your portfolio is around the £100K then your max trade is £25K. If you've lost a bit and are say at £80K, then your max trade will be £20K.
