Hi,

It appears TUI Travel Plc has been moved out of the FTSE 100 so I now can't set up a sell. Can you do whatever you do with these stocks that disappear out of the FTSE100 please.

I thought companies moving in and out of the FTSE 100 was a rare event, but it now looks like it occurs on an adhoc (and fairly often) basis. It might be worth the effort of writing a routine that when a company exits the FTSE100, all portfolio's are then checked and 'something' done with those portfolios' that have the departing company.

As this is the first time this has happened to me, I don't know what the renumeration is, but it plays havoc with those of us that are trying to trade in the competition.

I deleted all your buy-transactions so that you have received back the money you invested in TUI Travel. Next time a stock is deleted from the FTSE100 I will post a message here, so you have time to sell it if you want to.
