hi,

I'm trying to put a stop loss on my transaction, does anyone know how i do it.
say i buy shares at 56p, i want it to sell my stocks auomatically if the price drops to 52p.

I put 52p in to the limit box just next to the "1day 20 day thing" and the system doesnt buy the stock for me, the next day the number of days reduces to 19, but it still hasnt bought it, wth?

i dont want it to buy it when it gets to 52p, i want it to buy the stock now and sell it when it gets to 52p.

what is wrong with this site? no one knows how to put a stop loss, the site has an option but a piss poor coding of it in to the site.
I buy 50 shares of fresnillo and it should amass up to around 5k but instead I need to buy 500 shares.

bad coding.

I put a stop loss last night excited for the shares to buy themselves in the morning and it doesnt buy them and the share goes up 5-6%, great.

I've been looking for a decent online trading game for ages now, and if you want it for free then I guess you can't have it, prolly just invest a little money and get the real thing, no bugs.

Hi I just tried to set a sell stop order and it sold my lovely shares is anyone who knows how to set up this?

You can select an upper or lower limit when buying a stock or when selling a stock. It is not possible to set both at the same time. You first have to own the stock and then you can select a selling limit. Your trade will be executed if the volume traded in the real market is sufficient and execution also depends on the limit and time period you've selected(1 or 20 days)
