Why is there text in Dutch and English, I don't understand Dutch, how can I make it all in English?

Also there is a stock which I apparently hold that you cannot see the name of, whats that about? Please remove it..

Dated: 30th March 2010 I calculate I made a profit of over £32,000.00 but why is it not coming up.
