I was going through the transactions of the top weekly performers, and found several portfolios whose transaction histories didn't explain their high gains. The most puzzling is Haggisbasher, who managed over 20% doing pretty much nothing. Another portfolio (arik08) has an empty entry (no stock name) showing 100% return.

Can you comment on that?

Thanks for these notifications.

We will correct in every individual portfolio if any unfair gains have been made.

damn looks like all the mining and resource companys took a dive today with the banks going up thanks to lloyds

took a dive from 4th to 12th, my portfolio is mostly resource and mining, may sell off a little and get me some lloyds shares :)

any thots anyone, dunno if to trust the banks just yet

Mining and resource should continue to increase. Lloyds increase was due to a pre-profit announcment for the year saying they have minimal bad debt loans. Fairly broad call to make given any bad loans would have showen up the last 2 years, they would have been extra carefull in lending so everyone should expect banks making profits. Might be good to broaden your portfolio, banks should continue increasing, however china isn't slowing up so commodities like minerals will continue to rise.

Mining stocks are risky. Doesnt take much for them to drop. My opinion is that they are due for a heavy fall over the next few weeks.

v nice gains today on cairn, and my new lloyds shares, woohoo altho tullow look like they could be about to shoot up, but its expected with the tax rise in the uk soon (was it today?)
if it continues at this rate ill be no 1 all over the place :D but then again if them mining shares drop ill be outa the tables very quickly :/
