Hi everyone - am a newbie here and wasn't very sure about how long I am suppose to wait before the trading status will go from Waiting.. to actually executing the trade? been waiting for a couple of hours. Thought it would be ok when the london trading times are opened (which is right now) but still no sign of the status being changed. Could anyone enlighten me on this issue please?

That's strange, it really should have gone through now. Normally a sale, a cancellation or a buy will go through in about 16 to 17 minutes, if done when trading times are open, and about the same if done overnight.

What you need to make sure though, is that when you did the offer, you selected the option for 'One Day' which will complete the sale immediately.

If you selected '20 day' it will be done over the course of this 20 days.

Next to the pending sale there is a button to cancel; it doesn't cost anything and you can put the offer through again with the correct details.
