Zoals ik al zei: AMG maakt (nog) geen graphene, ze doen alleen onderzoek samen met Haydale.

("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") is pleased to announce a collaboration agreement between Haydale Graphene Industries plc ("Haydale") and Graphit Kropfmuhl GmbH ("AMG Graphite").

Using graphitic feedstock material primarily from AMG's mine in Sri Lanka, the parties will collaborate in the research and development of new nano-material products using Haydale's patented HDPlas® process on an industrial scale. In addition, the Parties have agreed to work together on commercializing certain products that Haydale has developed.

"The collaboration with Haydale will contribute to AMG Graphite's development of strategic Graphene and functionalized Graphite based products for high end applications. We look forward to working with Haydale to develop processes and work towards producing Graphene products and master batches on an industrial scale," stated Mr. Frank Berger, President of AMG Graphite.

Dus ga maar niet zitten wachten op graphene....!!!

Op dagbasis al sinds begin november positieve divergentie op RSI.
Daling afgelopen periode volledig geregisseerd (Goldman Sucks ??), continu 42 of 43 stuks in bied en laat .Lijkt veel op geregiseerde daling tussen april en augustus vorig jaar toen GS daarna een belang in AMG had genomen.
Denk dat GS nu deel van RWC heeft overgenomen en zelf nu verder zwaar uitbreidt.
Eén richting uiteindelijk voor AMG mogelijk = hard omhoog naar de introductiekoers 2007 = 27.50.
Het wachten is waarschijnlijk nog even op de AENIX. Als deze uit de range breekt gaat alles hard omhoog .

waar kun je de AENIX.zien

Was hier al opgemerkt dat RWC met AMG een lock-up periode overeen is gekomen van 180 dagen voor het resterende belang? Ik maak hier uit op dat er nog eens 10% boven de markt hangt, dat geeft koersdruk natuurlijk.

Jammer dat de koers verder afloopt, ik heb inmiddels toch wel een klein deel van mijn aandelen verkocht. Gelukkig boven de 16 euro.

Wel opvallend dat de aandelen die worden aangeboden ook snel worden opgepakt.

RWC wordt door de lock up periode ook behoorlijk benadeeld. En 2,8 miljoen aandelen boven de markt, dat zijn er veel.
