Don’t forget, that sometimes a “buy advice” may be given when “adviser” itself is going to sell in that fund..... Usually it’s done (by some “advisors”) when prices reach certain “high resistance” level in order to sell their own shares at a more stable level, i.e. without strong price-fall.
Actually you need first to check, at least, whether the "adviser" trades in that fund itself, and if yes, which position it has.
