Prodware, éditeur, intégrateur et hébergeur de solutions de gestion pour les entreprises, publie un chiffre d'affaires 2011 en forte hausse, surperformant significativement son secteur.

Il s'établit à 105,2 MEUR, en progression de 27,6 %. Hors acquisitions réalisées en fin d'exercice, le chiffre d'affaires affiche une croissance organique de 8,4 % à 99,8 MEUR.

Cette performance est portée par :

- le fort développement des ventes de l'offre sectorielle et métiers auprès des grands groupes français et internationaux et des entreprises de taille intermédiaire (ETI) ;

- le succès de l'intégration de la filiale Prodware Innovation & Design, expert des solutions de gestion du cycle de vie des produits pour les entreprises manufacturières et de la construction (PLM/BIM) ;

- le renforcement des activités du Groupe en France et à l'international, notamment avec les acquisitions des filiales de ses partenaires stratégiques Qurius et Colombus IT en Espagne, en Belgique et en France.

Hij verhuisde naar 105.2 miljoen euro, een stijging van 27,6%. Netto-omzet wordt exclusief acquisities einde van het jaar, een autonome groei van 8,4% voor 99,8 MEUR weergegeven.
