Yes, we see fee caps falling away as upside. Consumers will pay more because obviously somebody has to pay for the service. As said though, Fee caps are price controls that shift revenues from one class of businesses to another and invalidate lawful contracts between (1/2)
private businesses, violating both the U.S. and New York’s Constitutions' First Amendments, as well as the Contracts, Due Process, Equal Protection and Takings Clauses. They also violate the U.S. Dormant Commerce Clause.
Our focus is on removing these fee caps. As we said, they seem to violate quite some laws.
