@Demo, ik denk een mix van algemeen opgaande markt met speciaal ook groeiende appetite voor biotech, steeds meer positief nieuws over allerlei Darzalex studies en over platform partner r&d resultaten, en mogelijk ook interesse in outlook Jan re 2020 bij presentatie jaarresultaten. Weet, het kan flink jojo'en, zeker de koers van Genmab. De ATH van dkk 1633 zal wel een hobbeltje zijn, met mogelijk paar aanloopjes. Ik verwacht, zoals gebruikelijk bij Genmab, een relatief gematigde omzet outlook, en doorgaande forse r&d kosten, dus dat zal naar mijn verwachting meer neutraal gevoel tot ietwat teleurstelling bij beleggers opleveren. Het strategisch verhaal eromheen, bijv zicht op 50/50 partnerships, dat maakt het spannend. Verwacht ook daar op 19 feb niet te veel van. Kan het alleen maar meevallen. We stijgen overigens al een tijdje, dus kan zo maar een terugval zijn naar koers ergens in de DKK 1500. Typisch Genmab. Maar algemene, LT, lijn lijkt opwaarts te zijn...

RARITAN, NJ, February 10, 2020 – The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson announced today the submission of a supplemental Biologics License Application (sBLA) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) seeking approval of DARZALEX® (daratumumab) in combination with Kyprolis® (carfilzomib) and dexamethasone (DKd) for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. The sBLA is supported by results from the Phase 3 CANDOR study, which compared treatment with DKd to carfilzomib and dexamethasone (Kd) in patients with multiple myeloma who relapsed after one to three prior lines of therapy.
“While we continue to make important strides in the treatment of multiple myeloma, unfortunately most patients will relapse at some point, so it is important that physicians have multiple treatment options and regimens for patients,” said Craig Tendler, M.D., Vice President, Late Development and Global Medical Affairs, Janssen Research & Development, LLC. “The results from the CANDOR study support the potential benefit of this DARZALEX-based combination regimen for patients with multiple myeloma who have relapsed from prior treatment.”
Data from the Phase 3 CANDOR study were presented as a late-breaking abstract at the 2019 American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting.
About the CANDOR Study
CANDOR is a randomized, open-label Phase 3 study of DARZALEX® (daratumumab), carfilzomib and dexamethasone (DKd) compared to carfilzomib and dexamethasone (Kd) alone. The study evaluated 466 relapsed or refractory patients with multiple myeloma who had received one to three prior lines of therapy from 120 global sites. Patients were treated until disease progression. The primary endpoint was progression free survival (PFS), and the key secondary endpoints were overall response rate, minimal residual disease and overall survival. PFS was defined as time from randomization until disease progression or death from any cause.
All patients received carfilzomib as a 30-minute intravenous (IV) infusion on days 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, and 16 of each 28-day cycle (20 mg/m2 on days 1 and 2 during cycle 1 and 56 mg/m2 thereafter) and received 40 mg dexamethasone oral or IV weekly (20 mg/m2 for patients aged >75 years). In the treatment arm, DARZALEX® 8 mg/kg was administered IV on days 1 and 2 of cycle 1 and 16 mg/kg IV once weekly for the remaining doses of the first two cycles, then every two weeks for four cycles (cycles 3 to 6), and every four weeks thereafter.

Ernstig koffiedik - bij een gemiddelde omzetgroei zoals 2018 - 2019 van 10% per kwartaal kom je op $4,2 mlrd uit voor 2020 Daar zitten die nieuwe ontwikkelingen subq etc... dan nog niet in verwerkt.
Afwachten maar.

Ik denk dat dat (4.2) de max wel zal zijn …. Ik zelf denk 4 miljard rond .. Als je JnJ moet geloven gaat SC in 2020 (nog) niet veel doen … Idd afwachten maar weer daar zijn we onderhand kampioen in !! ;o)

Bij deze. Darzalex guidance sales range USD 3.9-4.2 mrd. Daarnaast fors hogere r&d kosten en daardoor fors lager resultaat in 2020. Jaja Sheriff, geduld blijft een schone zaak. The remainder of our revenue is approximately DKK 200 million and consists of milestones and other royalties.

Operating Expenses
We anticipate our 2020 operating expenses to be in the range of DKK 3,850 – 3,950 million, compared to DKK 2,728 million in 2019. The increase is driven by the advancement of our clinical programs, particularly epcoritamab (DuoBody-CD3x-CD20) and DuoBody-PD-L1x4-1BB.

Operating Result
We expect our operating income to be in the range of DKK 850 – 1,250 million in 2020 compared to DKK 2,638 million in 2019.

De cc wordt iig in the VS goed ontvangen ,van 23.00 laag naar nu 24.59 ! En ere wie ere toekomt deze komt in het geheel op JvdW zijn conto . Wat mij het meest opviel was dat hij liet doorschemeren dat gesprekken over een deal nu toch wel erg ver gevorderd waren …. maw een deal is aanstaande .En voor de rest eigenlijk wel wat we wisten uitgaven gaan omhoog , en darzalex sales groeien gestaag door . Hoe we het wenden of keren (en we willen natuurlijk allemaal meer en meer) maar het zijn geen knikkers natuurlijk $ 4 miljard !

Genmab A/S (Nasdaq: GMAB) announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) has accepted, with priority review, the supplemental Biologics License Application (sBLA) submitted by Novartis for subcutaneous ofatumumab for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS) in adults. Novartis anticipates potential regulatory approval in the U.S. in June 2020. In addition to the sBLA in the U.S., Novartis submitted a Marketing Authorization Application for approval of subcutaneous ofatumumab in RMS to the European Medicines Agency (EMA), which was also recently accepted for review, with potential approval expected by the second quarter of 2021. Ofatumumab is being developed and marketed worldwide by Novartis under a license agreement between Genmab and Novartis Pharma AG.

The regulatory submissions were based on data from the Phase III ASCLEPIOS I and II trials, which investigated the efficacy and safety of monthly subcutaneous ofatumumab 20mg versus once daily oral teriflunomide 14mg in adults with RMS. The results from these studies were presented at the 35th Congress of the European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ECTRIMS) in September 2019.

“We are very pleased that subcutaneous ofatumumab has moved closer to potential approval for patients with relapsing multiple sclerosis in both the U.S. and in Europe. We hope that the priority review will mean that patients in the U.S. will have access to this treatment option earlier in 2020,” said Jan van de Winkel, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of Genmab.

About ASCLEPIOS
The ASCLEPIOS I and II studies (NCT02792218 and NCT02792231) are twin, identical design, flexible duration (up to 30 months), double-blind, randomized, multi-center Phase III studies evaluating the safety and efficacy of ofatumumab 20mg monthly subcutaneous injections versus teriflunomide 14mg oral tablets taken once daily in adults with a confirmed diagnosis of RMS1,2. The studies enrolled 1,882 patients with relapsing MS, between the ages of 18 and 55 years, with an Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score between 0 and 5.51,2. The studies were conducted in over 350 sites in 37 countries.

The primary endpoint of both studies was to demonstrate that ofatumumab is superior to teriflunomide in reducing the frequency of confirmed relapses as evaluated by the ARR in patients treated up to 30 months1,2. Secondary endpoints included time to disability progression confirmed at three and six months respectively, confirmed disability improvement at six months, gadolinium enhancing T1 lesions, number of new or enlarging T2 lesions, serum levels of neurofilament light chain (NfL), and rate of brain volume loss1,2. Safety and the pharmacokinetic properties of ofatumumab were also all measured throughout the treatment period1,2.

About Ofatumumab
Ofatumumab (OMB157) is a fully human CD20 monoclonal antibody (mAb) self-administered by a once-monthly subcutaneous injection that is in development for relapsing MS. Ofatumumab works by binding to the CD20 molecule on the B-cell surface and inducing potent B-cell lysis and depletion. Positive Phase IIb results in MS patients were presented in 2014 and showed a marked significant reduction in the number of new brain lesions in the first 24 weeks after ofatumumab administration3. Novartis initiated a Phase III program for ofatumumab in RMS in August 2016. Ofatumumab is being developed and marketed worldwide by Novartis under a license agreement between Genmab and Novartis Pharma AG.

DKR 500 oftewel 30 % in de min op amper twee weken tijd ; niet te geloven dit echt niet te geloven.
Ik beleg al sinds 1995 maar heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt zo drastisch en persistent . Ik hoop dat jullie niet net zo stom als de Sheriff zijn geweest om te blijven zitten als een konijn in de koplampen !! Als er geen bod komt kunnen we dit jaar wel afschrijven dat verlies maken we niet meer goed. Wat een drama .

Sheriff, Ik heb de crashes meegemaakt in de jaren 80, eind jaren 90 en 2008. De wereld vergaat als je de aandelenmarkten moet geloven. Ik voorzie nog verdere dalingen, maar de beurs hersteld zich altijd. Dit duurt veelal veel langer dan de tijd die nodig is voor de dalingen. Zorg dat je in branches/aandelen belegt die solvabel zijn en sterk uit deze situatie komen. Dit is bijvoorbeeld een aandeel als Genmab dat nu ook grote klappen krijgt.

Hi Erik helemaal eens het zal heus wel weer op zijn pootjes terecht komen , maar ben bang dat het herstel nu wel eens heel lang kan gaan duren . Tsja een oude beurswijsheid : " met de lift naar beneden en met de trap omhoog .

Mijn verbazing is meer de snelheid en kracht van de dalingen . Die hebben we niet gezien in 2000 met de internet bubble , 2001 na 9/11 was eigenlijk best snel weer voorbij en 2008 ging veel geleidelijker . Er zit gewoon geen bodem in lijkt het wel ? Totale waanzin als je het mij vraagt ?
En ik denk idd dat we op de lange duur met Genmab goed zitten maar bv een Kon.Olie op € 13 is (13 % dividend ) en een ABN zijn toch ook wel erg aantrekkelijk !!
